a sneaky dream
creaping here inside of me
who knows how it got in
undiscovered undercover
it shows no face
and takes in whatever space
it lurs around
and cant be found
invisible invincible
it will not let me pin it down
to its place
i chase through the mazes
of my heart
the traces it leaves are easy to mark
it sticks out its tongue
and runs away
i laugh but it refuses to shake a hand
negotiate a plan
